If you are over:
40 and female- get a mammogram! (or younger if others in your family have breast cancer)
50 and male/female- get a colonoscopy! (or younger if others in your family have colon cancer)

If you are reading this you should have a skin check YEARLY!!! Skin cancer can kill anyone! Find a local dermatologist.... I'm just sayin'!


These 3 simple exams can save your life!!!! And I like you and want you to be around for a long time so JUST DO IT! = )
