Birthing Class Complete!

We completed our birthing class yesterday....9 whole hours of it! Overall, it went pretty well. Charlie said the most useful part was learning the stages of labor and when you should go to the hospital. I on the other hand really enjoyed the hospital tour and techniques to turn the baby from the breech position and lower him into my pelvis to get ready for delivery! = ) Basically it's a bunch of exercises that are quite funny to watch! We also learned a good number of relaxation techniques to use once labor starts. It was a long day, but overall very worth it!

Oh, one last thing...he did very well with the videos of childbirth and receiving an epidural HOWEVER he wouldn't even attempt to sit through the 'real' video of a c-section...the cartoon version was enough for him! = )
